Post-Surgical Rehabilitation

Structured Recovery That Maximises Your Surgical Outcome

Surgery is only the beginning. What happens in the weeks and months that follow determines your long-term function, strength, and quality of life. Our structured post-surgical rehabilitation programmes are designed to get you moving safely, rebuilding confidently, and achieving the best possible outcome from your procedure.

Surgeries We Rehabilitate

We provide personalized rehabilitation programs to help you recover safely after surgery, restore strength, improve mobility, and return to your daily activities with confidence.

Our Rehabilitation Approach

We work closely with your surgical team and follow evidence-based, surgeon-approved rehabilitation protocols. Every programme is tailored to your specific procedure, your surgeon’s guidelines, and your personal recovery goals.

Simple Steps to Start Your Recovery

Take the first step toward better health with our simple, personalized care process designed to help you recover safely, effectively, and with confidence.

1

Protection & Early Mobility (Week 1–2)

Manage post-operative pain and swelling. Restore initial range of motion. Begin gentle activation of surrounding muscles. Guidance on mobility aids, wound care, and activity restrictions.

2

Progressive Loading (Week 2–6)

Gradually increase joint range of motion. Begin weight-bearing and functional movement progressions. Introduce targeted strengthening exercises for the surrounding muscles. Scar tissue management where appropriate.

3

Strength & Function (Week 6–12)

Build meaningful strength in the affected limb and surrounding structures. Improve balance, proprioception, and movement quality. Progress toward functional daily tasks — stairs, walking distances, household activities.

4

Return to Full Activity (Week 12+)

Return to driving, work, recreational activities, and sport where appropriate. Independent home exercise programme for long-term maintenance. Discharge with confidence in your ability to self-manage.
