Our Vestibular Rehabilitation Techniques
Our evidence-based vestibular techniques are designed to reduce dizziness, improve balance, and restore confident movement.
Simple Steps to Start Your Recovery
Take the first step toward better health with our simple, personalized care process designed to help you recover safely, effectively, and with confidence.
1
Canalith Repositioning (Epley Manoeuvre)
A highly effective, evidence-based manual technique to reposition displaced calcium crystals in the inner ear — resolving BPPV in most patients within 1–3 sessions.
2
Gaze Stabilisation Exercises
Specific eye and head movement exercises to retrain the vestibulo-ocular reflex and reduce dizziness triggered by movement.
3
Habituation Exercises
Controlled, progressive exposure to the movements and situations that provoke your dizziness — reducing the brain's sensitivity over time.
4
Balance Retraining
Progressive balance exercises on various surfaces to challenge and strengthen the balance system, reducing fall risk and restoring confidence in movement.
5
Cervical Spine Assessment
Assessment and treatment of the upper cervical spine where neck-related dizziness (cervicogenic dizziness) is suspected or confirmed.
What to Expect at Your Assessment
Your first vestibular assessment includes a detailed symptom history, screening of eye movements (oculomotor assessment), balance and gait testing, and specific positional tests to identify the precise cause of your dizziness. We will explain our findings clearly and begin treatment — often at the same appointment.
Frequently Ask Question

Many patients with BPPV experience complete or near-complete resolution after just 1–2 sessions of canalith repositioning. Other vestibular conditions typically improve significantly within 6–8 weeks of a structured rehabilitation programme.
Some assessment procedures may temporarily provoke your symptoms — this is normal and expected. Triggering the dizziness is often necessary to accurately diagnose the problem. Any provoked symptoms are brief and will settle quickly.
